As sirens blare in the distance, a young couple, Anson and Cliff, arrive for an overnight stay at an idyllic desert resort. Anson has planned and paid for this trip in the hopes of gently easing his troubled boyfriend, Cliff, back into everyday life following Cliff’s psychiatric treatment for a devastating loss and spiral into paranoid delusions. In a paradise that starts to look more and more like hell, Anson undergoes his own eerie awakening.
